PERSOL, in partnership with our Global Client, is seeking an enthusiastic Help Desk Support professional to provide first-level IT assistance to internal users.

Ad-hoc / Part-time (suitable for Student Visa holders)

Role
The Help Desk Support role provides first-level technical assistance to internal staff and users. This position is ideal for a student visa holder seeking flexible, ad-hoc working hours while gaining real-world IT support experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting basic technical issues, resolving service requests, and escalating more complex matters to senior team members.

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and common applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot issues, and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage simple tasks with minimal supervision.
