**_A leading security firm in Southern Sydney, offers clients a full turnkey service - from concept and design, through to development, installation, and maintenance._**

**_About the Role_**
The Help Desk Operator is the first point of contact for our clients and is responsible for managing the dispatch and closing of client service requests.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer all incoming phone calls from the helpdesk numbers.
- Update as required Client portals on job status.
- Log ad hoc service requests and allocate to relevant state service manager teams.
- Manage routine maintenance jobs as required.
- Assist the Helpdesk Team Leader in determining the root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
- Engage with the Technicians and contractors as required to manage ad-hoc service calls SLA and aged job requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Service Manager or Help Desk Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant Security WHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure all direct reports comply with safety accountabilities as outlined in the safety management system.
- Compliance with Quality Assurance and WHS Documentation and Standards.

**_About You - _**To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

- Technical computer skills as well as good interpersonal, management, and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- National Police Check required.
