**Your new role**

As the Program Manager, you'll be overseeing the successful delivery of two ongoing transformational programs in progress at the council. Providing strategic leadership and leveraging MS Dynamics and Agile methodologies, your day-to-day will include:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to refine and plan for program scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring that the program governance structure and communication channels are in place and functioning
- Leading and guiding cross-functional program teams, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountability
- Overseeing ongoing program delivery adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while monitoring and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll be a successful and experienced Program Manager, ideally within the MS Dynamics environment using Agile methodologies. Your extensive experience in business partnering and building strong internal relationships sees you thrive as the bridge between the business and IT, as does your strong influencing and communication skills. You'll possess a proven track record in delivering successful organisational change programs in an ICT context, as well as an exceptional ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
