**Your team**
Global Technology Services (GTS) Delivery Team is an enabling platform within Technology. Your team delivers IT service and infrastructure solutions, who design and deliver outcomes, for the entire Commonwealth Bank group. Your customers are CBA sponsors requiring IT solutions delivered in an efficient and professional manner.
The GTS Delivery team delivers highly complex and technical solutions, operates predominately in an agile project delivery and scrum model which encompasses product and project delivery aligned to our customer platform and enabling platform structures. Our cross functional team model provides opportunities for our teams to develop across multiple roles in delivery and design.
The GTS Delivery team comprises 120+ highly talented resources, all of whom are passionate about delivering quality customer service outcomes for our partners, and fostering a continuous improvement culture. We operate predominantly in Australia, but also provide coverage and support in over 15 countries globally.
**Your impact & contribution**
You are an experienced Program Manager who leads resources to achieve optimal outcomes for your stakeholders and sponsors.
You operate confidently at all levels from C suite to cross functional support teams. You are adept at developing relationships, and utilising your experience to negotiate and influence the best outcomes for your program needs.
You have a coaching and development mindset, which encourages and supports development of others around you to promote successful outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be the delivery lead for a portfolio of projects in Group Service Management within Technology who are delivering critical outcomes for the bank. You will manage the incoming demanding to ensure expectations are met and work is prioritised accordingly. Your will ensure scope, budget and deadlines are met, using the Banks Enterprise-wide project management methodology (Group Delivery Framework - GDF), toolset (Planview) and support processes.

- Effectively manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
- Structure delivery teams for success incorporating required skills from within the Group and sourcing resources from delivery partner organisations
- Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders and staff
- Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables
- Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to program delivery
- Manage and report project expenditures and benefits realisation
- Track and manage program activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
- Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers
- Application and demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the project’s impact (on people, process and technology) within the Group
- Manage and coach Project Managers in the delivery of their assigned projects. Participate in the overall development of Project Managers
- Manages organisational change requirements with the business and OCM professionals.
- Evaluate effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identifying, monitoring and implementing controls to mitigate key risks on the project
- Manage and resolve any potential conflict whilst facilitating all aspects of stakeholder relationships
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Group policies and external regulatory requirements.
