Program Manager working with a leading State Government organisation on a Digital Transformation

An exciting Program Manager opportunity working with a leading NSW State Government organisation who are undergoing a state-wide Digital Transformation. Offering up to $1100 + Super as a day rate, initially a 12-month contract with possibility of extension due to the scope of work.

**As Program Manager you will have experience and a record of achievement in large scale transformational programs. You will be leading the state-wide rollout of a solution which looks to digitise manual processes. You will be Responsible for overall day to day operations of the Program, working with the business sponsor, senior execs, delivery & change teams, providing leadership and guidance to Project Managers of 6 streams of delivery to ensure program goals and objectives are met in a timely manner. This role will require you to establish and maintain relationships with teams, Directorates and wider agencies through effective communication, negotiation and issues management, whilst fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships. You will be confident in leaning in and engaging with executive business partners and stakeholders to support and steer the transformation objectives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide IT Digital Transformations is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated capability for the overall day to day operations of the Program, working with the business sponsor, senior execs, delivery & change teams
- Confident in establishing and maintaining relationships with teams, Directorates and the wider agencies through effective communication, negotiation and issues management, whilst fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships.
