**Your new company**
One of the Big 4 Banks is looking for a Program Manager to work in a high-profile program of work. This program revolves around the acquisition of another organisation's Australian consumer business.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for a couple streams of work, where the teams are delivering a platform for unsecured products (including loans and credit cards). You will be accountable for squad delivery ensuring squads run through the progressive elaboration process, engage with asset teams and track delivery across all impacted assets, escalating any issues with the domain delivery leads. You will also coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of different activities, while driving continuous improvement and leading financial planning.
**What you'll need to succeed**
For this role you will need to have:
- 10 + years' experience as a Program Manager, ideally within Financial Services
- Experience working across Unsecured Lending, Cards or Open Banking will be highly regarded
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions to ensure teams are operating effectively
- Demonstrated abi9lity to improve medium to large team performances and leading a high-performing team
