AZeta Real Estate aim is to deliver exceptional services and experiences to all their owners for their investment property.We are now looking for a motivated **Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist** to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence and creative direction.**About the Role**This is an exciting, hands-on position suited to someone with a passion for real estate, content creation, and digital marketing. You will manage our marketing strategy end-to-end — from concept to execution — and help us stand out across all platforms.**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Creating high-quality marketing content including photos, videos, and social media campaigns.
- Managing and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Producing professional real estate photography and short-form video tours for listings and brand content.
- Designing engaging digital and print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, and EDMs).
- Managing advertising content on property portals and online platforms.
- Developing and executing content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.

**About You**You’re a creative, self-driven marketer who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You bring ideas to life through visuals, storytelling, and data-driven marketing.**Key skills and attributes**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or Canva.
- Experience in photography and videography (shooting and editing).
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and current digital trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative presentation.
- **Mandarin speaking preferred (not mandatory).**:

- Previous experience in real estate marketing is highly regarded but not essential.
