Just Digital People Melbourne are working closely with a pretty darn cool ecommerce brand as they continue to grow from strength to strength.

The Social Media Specialist will play a vital role in ideating, executing, and managing all content across the businesses social channels. You'll collaborate with the creative, copy, and eCom teams to ensure your communication to customers is second to none.

With newly renovated offices based in the inner northern suburbs, there is ample on-site parking, and you'll be provided with plenty of social events, staff discounts, and even dog friendly Fridays

**What you'll do**:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams on briefs and marketing plans.
- Schedule all content for the social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure brand messaging is consistent.
- Manage influencer relationships and brand partnerships.
- Report on all social channels, providing post seasonal campaign analysis to the business.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Working knowledge across all social media channels, posting appropriate content that speaks to customer.
- Solid understanding of data analytics and how to effectively report back to the business.
- A passion for creativity.
