Job description

We're on the hunt for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist who can craft engaging content, grow our online community, and support client campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies for clients
  • Plan, write, and schedule content (posts, carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Produce visually appealing content
  • Manage and grow social media communities — engage, respond, and build trust
  • Run or support paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Analyse metrics and provide performance reports and insights
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and new content formats

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Excellent writing skills with a good eye for visual storytelling
  • Experience using scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Creative thinker with a love for brand-building and audience engagement
  • Self-starter who's organised and meets deadlines
  • Bonus: basic Canva, Adobe, or video editing skills
