We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our global cryptocurrency brokerage and asset management businesses.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Develop, implement and manage our digital marketing strategy, tactics and calendar
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activity using analytics tools
- Work with our graphic designer to produce educational and entertaining content.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Represent marketing on cross-functional strategic projects
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy

**A bit about you**:

- Experienced with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics with the ability to use data to contribute to campaign optimisation
- Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail for spelling, grammar, punctuation and tone
- A keen eye for design
- Demonstrable understanding of what will drive engagement and conversion
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing and/or digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
- Intermediate knowledge of the crypto landscape and blockchain technology
- Proficiency in Adobe suite, Canva, or Figma will be highly regarded
