**About The Opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Product Coordinator to join a team of like-minded professionals overseeing our product suite within the Australian Unity Health Insurance Business.

This role will see you responsible for the accurate development and maintenance of Australian Unity’s Product Specifications, Fact Sheets, PHIS, Schedules, and other documents that outline our products to stakeholders (internal and external).

Furthermore, this role is the Product Team’s operational resource to answer any questions relating to our products whilst helping to shape the direction of the product portfolio and roadmap.

**What you will deliver**
- Develop and provide key product insights and where appropriate, recommendations to the Executive Manager and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the Product team with development and implementation of product-related initiatives as part of the strategic road map.
- Develop processes that efficiently and effectively maintain our product and service-related information. This includes complying health insurance products (incl Overseas Visitor Cover), special offers, incentives, loyalty programs and discounts.
- Assist in the go to market plan for new products and other product changes.
- Responding to requests for product information in a timely manner, keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process.
- Review other internal and external documents and collateral to ensure product-related representations are accurate and easy to understand.
- Display a high level of resilience and tenacity, developing strategies to maintain physical and mental wellbeing.
- Safeguard the security of information assets in your control and adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations.
- Participate in/manage as appropriate the identification, assessment, treatment and reporting of risks.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field desirable. Any relevant post-graduate qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Experience in and a sound understanding about private health insurance.
- Solutions focus and ability to manage issues when they arise.
- Passionate about providing exceptional experiences to customers and hold a results-oriented mentality.
- A customer obsession and ability to drive this thought leadership across the various business teams.
