An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

Reporting to the Buying Manager (Children's Accessoires), this position will be responsible for managing the critical path and relevant supply base to achieve financial objectives whilst adhering to design aesthetics for Footwear and Handbags for Children’s Accessories. Through building strong supplier relationships, you will ensure that you meet internal deadlines with a focus on delivery and quality.

**THE ROLE**:

- Critical path and production management
- Monitor production progress from order confirmation to shipment
- Work closely with buyer on all footwear and handbag product development and discuss opportunities and limitations.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure production space and materials are available within the required timelines.
- Conduct cost negotiations with the suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Preparation and management of technical packs for suppliers
- Arrange and partake in fitting sessions
- Check and action testing requirements

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Fashion and / or Merchandising
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar production role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of footwear and bag specifications
- Experience and working knowledge with both cut and sew and woven product is essential.
- An ability to prioritise and multitask
- Outstanding PC skills and clear verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office with strong numerical and analytical skills
