- **Lead a team of Claims professionals to deliver the best Claims experience for our customers**:
- **Work with a number of leading insurance brands including Real Insurance, Guardian and Australian Seniors Insurance Agency**:

**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a confident and capable professional, who pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact in the Claims process, and a passionate leader leader with the ability to provide successful coaching and mentoring of their team.
We require a self-motivated individual who maintain these levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge.
**Essential Criteria**:
- You are a resilient, determined, engaging and a people-focused leader
- Your passion lies in caring for customers in their time of need
- You have demonstrated experience leading, guiding, and mentoring team members to success
- Providing exceptional service is second nature to you
- Proven team leadership ability with a collaborative, supportive approach to managing people and bringing out the best in them
- Strong end to end claims work flow management, file allocation and reporting skills within a high-volume claims environment
- Strong technical claims experience including policy interpretation
- A genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Experience leading a claims team in the Life Insurance sector is desired
- Strong customer service, people skills and highly resilient
**Desirable**:
- Experience with Life Insurance Claims
