Several of our Insurance clients across the Sydney metro area are currently going through approvals for Technical Claims Consultants and Case Manager positions.

We anticipate these roles will be working within Workers Compensation, CTP or Public Liability.

**Your new role**

Working as in these positions you will be;
- Taking inbound calls from customers, providing customer service and updates on claims
- Identifying more complex claims and referring them to the Case Managers
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal specialists in order to manage the claims process.
- Providing a high level of customer service whilst representing the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Experience in end to end Claims Management
- An understand of Regulatory requirements in either CTP, Workers Compensation or Public Liability.
- Excellent communication skills and written capability
- An ability to make decisions
