We're looking for a proactive, people-focused** Talent Resourcer** to join our Talent Team on a casual basis during our peak educator recruitment period. If you thrive in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment and love the challenge of finding top talent, we want to hear from you.

**What you'll do**:

- Act as a key sourcing partner across a portfolio of our campuses in NSW, VIC, and QLD
- Use a range of sourcing platforms - including Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing - to uncover the best Educators in the market
- Build strong relationships with our internal Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Proactively manage talent pipelines, conduct outreach, and support screening and shortlisting

**About you**:

- Previous experience sourcing in a high-volume environment - agency or in-house
- Skilled in search strategies across SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
- Strong multitasker, able to prioritise across shifting briefs
- Great communicator and natural collaborator - you enjoy working with others and bringing people along the journey
- Exposure to or interest in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector is highly desirable
