**About the role**:
You will:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with designated business areas to understand the current and future talent needs associated with their business goals and challenges
- Develop resourcing demand plans for each of the business units within your designated region and work with our specialist sourcing function to build actionable talent pools
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and modify the channel mix accordingly
- Track and analyse metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, sourcing channels, and compliance processes.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, supporting business partners in understanding these requirements.

**About You**:

- Proven experience and success in an internal talent acquisition role, ideally within a volume hiring environment
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
- Technical proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems - prior Workday experience will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
