We are seeking a driven and dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on an ongoing casual basis in our St Leonards office. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in our Ascott Business for casual Nurses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to develop recruitment strategies and identify top talent for our clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies
- Managing the document collection and contract management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration, recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in working within healthcare is preferable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
