**About the Role**
As a part of our People & Culture Team the Talent Coordinator works collaboratively to achieve outcomes aligned to our strategy and business plan. Reporting to the Talent Experience Lead, the Talent Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all new team members have a positive Starlight experience from pre-start onboarding and throughout the employment lifecycle.
The Talent Coordinator will have ownership of the following, but not limited to:
- P&C Coordination - issuing contracts and change of employment letters, maintaining the HRIS and team member records, supporting new team members through their pre-start onboarding experience
- L&D Coordination - maintaining the LMS system and learner records, supporting managers to create instructor lead sessions and pushing out invites
- Reporting & Compliance - maintain records in the HRIS and LMS for all compliance requirements to meet our Safeguarding Children & Young People policies, ensure data is accurate and clean, support the business with requests for people data, work with the Talent Experience Lead to create and maintain reports and dashboards in PowerBI
- P&C Tech Support - support the P&C team and wider Starlight team in the use of the systems in the HR tech stack, escalate issues to the Talent Experience Lead and work with external vendors to solve problems and roll out enhancements and changes, document processes and create training materials for skilling the team on how to use the tech
- Collaborate in project teams and implement the goals and actions of the annual P&C plan

- Passion for technology and how it can be used as an enabler for enhancing the human experience
- Strong eye for detail, ability to spot anomalies in systems, processes and datasets
- Confidence handling large data sets including financial information
- Experience identifying problems and then escalating these along with solutions and recommendations
- Passion for achieving exceptional outcomes, and delivering excellence for our customers
- Able to develop positive relationships and to influence, coach and support
- A leader in their role, committed to owning the outcomes and delivering
- An interest in Positive Psychology - We practice positive psychology in our innovative programs across Australia, so, it makes sense that we have it underpin our work practices
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in human resource management or Technology related fields
