Sales Representatives

Mobius Distilling Company, a dynamic distillery based in Sydney’s Inner West with award winning products is seeking experienced, passionate and innovative sales specialists to drive market penetration.
**The Role**:
- Meeting sales KPI’s for the On and Off Premise channels
- Daily sales calls and negotiation with Bar / Hotel / Store Owners, Franchisee’s and Managers
- Manage and nurture accounts including follow up
- Establish and manage monthly call cycle
- Provide sales reports in a timely manner
- Drive revenue growth through range extension, promotion, open new accounts
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, communicate and execute the On and Off-premise strategy
- Performing an effective Brand Ambassador role by actively promoting our range of quality products and positively representing our brand at all times including conducting product training, attending tasting events & festivals
- Consistently building strong, productive business relationships
- Identify, pursue and successfully close sales opportunities in line with the company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
- Recognising, anticipating and directing sales activity to solve customer issues
- Increasing distribution of the portfolio
- Assist the development and continuous improvement of tools and processes
- Evening and weekend work and travel both regional and interstate may be required

- Have previous experience in either beverage or the FMCG sector
- Demonstrate a proven track record in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Be a self-starter who is well presented, highly organised, confident and self-motivated to hit the ground running to consistently deliver both short and long-term results
- Be able to work both autonomously and in a team
- Love selling quality products that they believe in
- Thrive on developing successful business relationships utilising influence and a sincere presentation style
- Demonstrate a positive energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude with a drive and desire to do their best at all times
- Possess strong personal values including high integrity, reliability, initiative and excellence
- Demonstrate strong networking and communication skills in a variety of settings
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Have a great eye for detail
- Ideally possess solid relationships with a diverse range of customers including bars, restaurants, bottle shops, clubs and hotels
- Must have NSW RSA, own car and full driver’s license
