**Description**:
The Position

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will drives sales, build and maintain customer relationships, and expands our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Promote and sell Bob & Pete's Bakery products to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the designated area
Presenting, promoting, and selling our products to customers
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information
Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities
Attending trade shows, events, and other promotional activities as required

**About you**:

- Previous experience in bakery or food production experience is preferred.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for sales success.
Valid driver's licence for local travel within your sales territory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
