**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of marketing and sales strategies, helping us strengthen our presence across Australia and connect more coffee lovers with the unique coffees we produce. You will report directly to the General Manager and manage a very dynamic team. This includes two Relationship Managers based in Australia, as well as two Marketing Developers based in Colombia who will support you in creating and delivering your marketing strategies.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, driven by results, and excited to grow a brand with purpose.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead marketing strategies such as public cupping sessions and coffee events across Australia to increase brand exposure and build stronger connections in the specialty coffee industry.
- Hold weekly meetings with the sales team to shape and roll out sales strategies, set clear targets, and focus on growing sales and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers in the Australian specialty coffee sector.
- Lead weekly meetings with the broader sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and to develop collaborative strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with coffee roasters, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Work effectively under pressure, while staying organized, focused, and goal-driven.
- Understand and track company-wide sales targets and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Represent Cofinet at local and international trade shows, cupping events, and industry gatherings.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lieu of.
- At least 3 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with sales data, targets, and performance reporting.
- Competent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- A creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table, constantly seeks opportunities for innovation, and knows how to guide the team in developing successful strategies.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
