Meat Specialist

**We are looking for our next Sales Representative/Meat Specialist to source new business and support existing customers encompassing the Sydney (Metropolitan) area.**

**About the role**:
You'll be identifying, pursuing and growing sales across the Sydney metropolitan area for Top Cut Foods. You'll have a passion for sales and the products you are selling. Ideally you will have a background in the Food Service Industry. You may be a Chef looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales skills or you may be a Butcher with a passion to do more than work in retail and has great rapport with customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team and build key customer relationships will be the key to your success in this role.
- Sourcing new business opportunities aligned to business strategies
- Successfully supporting your territory of customers
- Actioning business calendar activities and journey plans
- Retaining and continuing to build great relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Delivering product expansion and helping to drive profitability through sales and customer growth

**You will need**:

- A valid driver license and good driving record
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Relatable sales experience in the food services industry
- Discipline and motivation to work autonomously with support of the wider Sales Team
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customers
- Confidence in having a natural selling conversation
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and be self-motivated
- A good understanding of working with achievable goals and metrics
