
Administration Assistant

We have a great opportunity for an experienced **Administration Assistant **in **Braeside.** You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at reception. This is a permanent part time role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of administrative support functions to support the delivery of core day-to-day and project activities
- Assist the Heads with papers and reports for internal and external meetings
- Act as a point of contact for all supplier, and customer related queries
- Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements
- Work with the Business Manager & PPG head office on the marketing, promotion & coordination of workshops, seminars, and training and trade events at our Braeside training centre & external venues
**Skills and Experience**
- 3 years’ experience in an administration or assistant role (or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAP desirable
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
