- An understanding of the business telco industry
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using the OSI model
- Solve complex problems
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

**How will you support our “Why?”**
- Uphold our customer service standards and achieve call handling targets
- Address technical assistance requests via phone and electronic channels
- Determine our business customer needs through effective questioning and product analysis
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues within established Service Level Agreements
- Conduct research using internal and external resources when necessary
- Assist internal and external field staff with fault and installation inquiries
