**About the role**:
At Steel & Tube, we’re looking for an enthusiastic **Safety Business Partner** to support our teams across VIC, TAS, and SA. This role can be based in **Melbourne or Adelaide** and involves travel across the region to connect with our teams and foster a culture of safety.

Reporting to the National Health and Safety Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and influencing safety initiatives, building strong relationships, and driving positive safety outcomes across multiple locations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead safety initiatives across our 10 Steel and Tube locations, empowering teams to embrace safety practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in safety and wellbeing.
- Facilitate incident investigations, assess risks, and coach teams to prevent harm.
- Support change management activities and guide teams on their safety journey.
- Promote safety initiatives and inspire others to engage with and prioritise safety.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Health and Safety.
- Proven experience in WH&S within an operational environment.
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments and leading incident investigations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- A creative and proactive approach to safety challenges.
- A commitment to learning, development, and driving continuous improvement.
