**Description**:
As a Business Service Delivery Officer, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes.

Ensuring the successful delivery of customer’s telecommunications solutions by interacting with customers, sales, and technical staff.
Assisting procurement to ensure the timely delivery of required equipment for projects.
Managing customer’s contracts and Service Level Agreements.
Performing post-implementation quality assurance to ensure services are delivered to high standards.
Answering inbound calls in relation to customer orders and enquiries.
Coordinating orders through provisioning systems and intervening manually when required.
Handling orders and liaising with management to escalate faults/issue investigation on customers’ services.
Liaising with wholesale suppliers in relation to order issues.
Accurate record keeping and data entry.

**Skills and Experiences**:

At least three years’ proven experience in exceptional customer service
Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding writing skills

**Basic understanding of**:
Broadband services
NBN access technology (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)
Customer Premises Equipment
Fixed and hosted voice technologies
Fibre
Wireless
VoIP
Line Number Porting

**Demonstrated ability to**:
Solve problems and think like a leader
Work independently and as part of a team
Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
Understand enterprise core-network services such as Software-Defined WANs, Data Centre Cross-Connects, hosted firewalls and Multi-Protocol Layer Switching
