Customer Service Representative

**About the role**:
Join our successful and tight-knit team in our **Port Adelaide** branch. This role will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with **InfraBuild**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
- Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
- Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
- General administration duties

You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.
- Experience in customer service and or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
