**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representatives who wants to be part of a business that values Innovation, Respect, Integrity, Customer Centricity and Passion. Through the demonstration of these values, the successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service to one of our major customers.

Location available:

- Port of Brisbane

**The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for**:

- Establishing professional rapport with customers and operations team
- Proactively support customers and operations to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and process client orders and respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Work and behave in a manner that promotes workplace health and safety

**Who Are You?**
- Prior experience in a similar position within the Warehousing and Logistics Industry (advantageous)
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment
- Proven eye for detail and accuracy
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
