From there, there is the opportunity to be converted to a permanent employee.*** Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.* Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood* Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them* Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us* Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer* Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program* The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend.
