Schulen Coburg provides quality education to international and domestic students through a range of Vocational, Bachelor and ELICOS courses across Australia.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Services Officer / Reception to join our Melbourne campus. This role is critical in providing friendly, informative, and quality customer service to our students as well as supporting the overall delivery and management of our programs.

The SSO/ Reception is the frontline 'face' of the company. As a key member of the student support team, this person is the first point of call for all queries and is a focal point of the company's customer care and retention program.

**This role is responsible for**:
Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements
Assisting with Student enrolment, Intakes and Orientations
Assisting in marketing activities and special events if required
Assisting with the administrative duties of programs across AE
Issuing student cards & official documentation
Liaising with other SSO’s & Managers at our Perth & Sydney campuses
Assisting with the management and resources of the library.
Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department

**Salary**: $41,292.39 - $72,120.08 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
