Job description

Ozford Institute of Higher Education (OIHE) is a fully accredited provider of Higher Education undergraduate and postgraduate business degrees in the fields of Accounting, Management and Marketing. OIHE is associated with the well-established Ozford Education Group (OEG) offering English language, High School, and pathway courses.

The Institute is committed to the provision of quality and contemporary education and is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful **Student Services Support Officer **with a positive outlook and demeanor and a demonstrated commitment and passion to engage with people from diverse multicultural backgrounds. The position is based at the reception offering students first-hand support.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the role is responsible for the
- Provision of student services including welfare support
- Reception & front office administration

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

- Provide student service support to current students
- Provide administration support to the Ozford teams
- Provide assistance in marketing events
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects
- Provide excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Undergraduate degree or higher
- 2 years experience in a similar role

Full-time role. Commence ASAP
