About the Role

We're seeking a creative and organised individual to join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Student Services Officer. This hybrid role blends digital content creation, student engagement and administrative coordination to support both the promotion of our programs and the delivery of excellent student services.

You'll play a key role in shaping AIA's public image while being the friendly face supporting our students on campus.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create engaging digital content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (reels, stories, graphics, etc.)
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost enrolments and brand awareness
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the AIA website with current course details, events, and promotions
  • Support event marketing (open days, expos, giveaways, campus visits)

Student Services & Admin

  • Provide front-line student support and respond to queries via phone and email
  • Assist with enrolment paperwork, agent follow-ups and maintaining student files
  • Coordinate education agent onboarding and support (in Australia and offshore)
  • Help with organising student events, orientation sessions and agent visits
  • Support general campus administration and reception duties

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or administration (education sector a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, student-focused attitude
  • Social media savvy – confident with Canva, Meta/Instagram tools, and basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
