**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Receptionist, you’ll be part of our on-site facilities team delivering outstanding service delivery to our client - a global tech giant
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and vendors, making your position a crucial part of the JLL team. Your ever-present welcoming nature will enrich the workplace experience for all

**An Overview of the role**:
Mail despatch, receipt and internal distribution
Some support with operational activities such as room set-ups and floor inspections
Vendor work permits including safe work method statements and service validation
Occupancy services for room bookings and employee registration
Reception and visitor management
Badge management
Locker allocation
General enquiries
Printing and photocopying
Monitoring incoming phone queries

Experience in a customer facing environment
Calm, professional and personable demeanour
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communicator
