This professional services firm located in Canberra city south is seeking a corporate Receptionist to join their team in a full-time capacity, on a permanent basis. This position will require an ongoing commitment with an immediate start.

**Your new role**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist. The role is responsible for managing a busy corporate reception desk that includes receiving and directing a high-volume call frequency as well as coordinating site maintenance, facilities, and administration tasks. You will be instrumental in providing guidance to the wider office and ensuring process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing front of house tasks and maintaining a professional face-of-the-business.
- Receiving and directing all incoming phone lines
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail for all business units.
- Receiving and distributing deliveries for all business units.
- Ensuring the kitchen and staff amenities are tidy and stocked
- General administration support
- Preparing meeting rooms and catering

This is a full-time in office role. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you must have proven experience in a receptionist role, including experience within administration or customer service.

You will also perform the following at a high standard:

- Meeting documents submission dates in accordance with schedule.
- Effective liaison with different stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Know the importance of uncompromised attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and audio typing skills.
- Ability to pick up new systems and databases are all requisites.
