Elliott Gray is proud to be teaming up with an outstanding Canberra Based Beauty Clinic - The R Clinic who are providing exceptionally diverse medical expertise together with aesthetic medicine to the community.

This isn’t just any receptionist role, this role is specifically designed to be responsible for supporting front of house, performing all main admin duties, supporting the wonderful team of clinicians, managing all bookings and phone calls, managing client expectations and more. The R Clinic team are looking for someone who is an allrounder and isn’t afraid of helping out and stepping up where needed.
Who are you? To be the superstar we are looking for in this role, you will need to demonstrate your experience in a similar receptionist role or working in the beauty industry where you have a people first approach, be well groomed, carry with you a high level of emotional intelligence and be genuinely interested in the product and business you are representing. Although not essential it is highly desirable if you have experience in Xestro, Get Timely, SharePoint and Outlook and have some knowledge of some cosmetic product and services.
Other than working in an inclusive, supportive and brilliant team who strive for genuine success and have a warm nurturing culture, you will have the ability to connect with people who are passionate about the beauty industry and have a chance to make an impact in people’s days. Throughout your time at The R Clinic, you will have the opportunity to grow and upskill your career in the aesthetic industry. The hours required are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm and every second Saturday from 8:30am -3:30pm.
