ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Transformation and Projects Manager, the Transformation Change Manager is responsible for preparing the organisation for the change, helping G4S realise maximum benefits and to mitigate any negative impacts associated with projects, programs, and transformation initiatives. The role enables successful change through expert analysis and planning that builds change strategy to ensure new systems, capabilities, tools, processes, and other initiatives are transitioned into roles, business units and contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES

**The core responsibilities of this role are to**:

- Develop and implement a change management strategy and materials based on the details of the change and the identified impact on the groups being affected by the change
- Develop an actionable and targeted change management plan, including an engagement and communication plan, and training plan.
- Provide communication support, including the development of communication plans and materials, to the project and project sponsor for the change and project teams.
- Continuously monitor change readiness in the business and develop relevant interventions.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

**The essential requirements from you**:

- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in supporting businesses and users adapt to new systems and processes.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an overarching understanding of and commitment to confidentiality where required.
- Tertiary education with a relevant degree is desirable.
