**THE ROLE**
The Manager, Transformational Change, is responsible for developing Homes Victoria's Maintenance Delivery Modernisation change program, being the change lead within the delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.
The Manager, Transformational Change will coordinate and oversee various changes to maintenance delivery within Homes Victoria. These changes include technology shifts, staff, and contractor engagement programs, pilots, and a range of other reform programs.
The role with one direct report identified will report to the Director, Maintenance Delivery Modernisation; however, will work closely with other directors, senior leaders within the branch and stakeholders to manage the deliver service improvements and changes.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide expert advice and support to stakeholder groups regarding change strategies, implementation plans and arising risks.
- Provide strategic thinking and future planning and lead change management initiatives and integrated approaches to enhance compliance with department-wide policies.
- Provide timely expert advice and develop open and effective communication strategies including collection of highly complex, contentious, or sensitive information on matters of staff or business.
