**The Role**

**Change is the new challenge **The IDP Technology function has a goal of Technical Excellence in the way it delivers tech-enabled outcomes to the business. A multi-year transformation is planned with multiple workstreams and initiatives. The skills, processes, behaviors, and technologies used by the workforce will change. All this change needs to be planned, sequenced, and managed to optimise individuals’ and the organisation’s ability to consume the change and adapt.

The **Technology Transformation Change Manager** (Change Manager) is responsible for providing change expertise for initiatives across IDP’s Technology organisation. The role includes working with stakeholders to structure change initiatives, plan and deliver change activities, and measure actual performance against intended outcomes. The role will be focused on change of the way IDP delivers Technology, rather than change Technology brings to the business.

This is a **full-time permanent opportunity** based out of our corporate headquarters, Melbourne.

**Reporting to the head of Group Head, Technology Management, responsibilities will include;**
- Build the change capability of the Technology organisation. Design and structure a long running body of work to continuously uplift the organisation’s collective change capability.
- Execute implementation initiatives to the planned roadmap contributing a Change Management lens to the planning of the Technology Organisation transformation.
- Bring a people-oriented outcome focus to the implementation of technologies organisational, and process changes and ways of working.
- Work with Technology leaders to prepare impactful communications and material to assist meeting Technology’s agenda within and outside the organisation.
- Bring focus to the Employee Experience of the Technology Organisation employees encompassing everything the employee encounters from their first day through to their last.
- Make it easy for Technology organisation employees and general IDP employees to access the Technology related information they need to fulfill their role.

**About you**

This role should appeal to someone who has experience in the transformation of a Technology function. Specifically, we are looking for a talented individual who has;
- Highly proficient skills in designing and executing organisational and initiative level change.
- The skills and acumen to produce high efficacy communications.
- Experience in establishing a Change capability and designing and executing an organisational change capability uplift.
- Understanding of the Technology domain, the business drivers and behavioral context necessary for transformation program.

**Good to have**
- Experience in establishing and managing the Knowledge Management capability for an internal Technology organisation.
