**Opportunity**:
Our client is a private alternative asset manager, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.

This leading investment and asset management firm possesses a diversified portfolio with assets across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors. Delivering attractive returns to investors and experiencing unprecedented growth, they are now offering a unique opportunity to work alongside their experienced asset management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with Commercial Landlords and Tenants
- Providing advice and insights on portfolios and market trends as needed
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Portfolio
- Preparing and managing annual estimates of expenses and conducting reconciliations
- Ensuring efficient management of database.
- Implementing effective strategies for managing and resolving arrears
- Monitoring and effectively managing leases and contractual obligations
- Management of statutory files including bank guarantees, leases, legal documents, insurance certificates (vendor, contractor, and tenant), and corporate governance.
- Coordinating and collaborating with the support team.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience in a Property Manager related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business (real estate, economics or similar).
- Driver’s license and own car required.
- Knowledge of property management principles (leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial management).
- Knowledge of industry regulations (building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations).
