**Gotham Property has an opening for a junior property manager to come and join the rentals team.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for an entry level role full of learning, growth and great experiences. Working with our property management team, your focus will be on customer service, attention to detail and learning all about property management. Required is your Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.

Our office is based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, near Albert Park Lake and with secure parking available.

**The Role**:

- Assisting a property manager with the day to day tasks of their portfolio
- Assisting with routines, condition reports and property inspections
- Transitioning to managing a small portfolio of 70 properties

**To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must**:

- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's license

Gotham Property provides hands-on training to all employees, an open-door policy and the chance to join one of Melbourne's fastest growing property management agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
