Verve Innovation, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our social media team in developing and executing social media strategies for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with content creation for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and engage with social media channels to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and social media best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Support in creating social media reports to analyze data and provide insights on social media performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, for social media posts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to continually optimize social media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
