**The Role**

You will be working for Jalando Pizza Ovens, part of the Lee Corp Group at our Preston office and showroom.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Well-presented and well-spoken.
- Previous experience in social media management and paid Google and Facebook ads is an advantage.
- Previous experience using Later, Canva and WordPress is highly desirable.
- Previous Sales and Customer Service experience, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Work well in a team environment and be willing to support others.
- Competent in the use of Apple Mac and PC.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent at multi-tasking with a sharp clear mindset.
- A process-driven individual with a methodical and efficient approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate initiative.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide sales support in the showroom for Jalando Pizza Ovens.
- Follow-up calls to customers as an after-sales service.
- Follow-up calls on customer quotes in an effort to convert to sales.
- Maintain database and co-ordinate EDM (Electronic Direct Marketing) to existing and potential customers.
- Assist with relationship management of retailers and suppliers.
- Assist with invoicing and quotes and other general Administration tasks as required.
- Prepare and pack customer online orders for despatch.
- Liaise with our marketing company and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media posts for both Organic and Paid ads.
- Provide monthly social marketing reports and updates.
- Assist with the creation of marketing and product brochures.
- Assist with stocktakes.

**Hours of Work**
- We are offering 15-20 hours per week.
- Days of work: Flexible from Monday to Friday but you will need to work in the office.
- This is a permanent -part-time role only, and increased hours are not available at this stage. This is a permanent role and will not extend to this in the foreseeable future.
- 3 month probationary period will apply.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Marketing and Social Media: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales and Administration: 1 year (preferred)
