As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing channels, driving both growth and brand impact.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Brand, this role is pivotal in shaping IsAlbi's digital footprint. You'll lead the planning and delivery of campaigns across performance marketing, social, email, and digital content, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer engagement goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) to optimise ROI and acquisition.
- Leading email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital content programs to strengthen IsAlbi's online presence.
- Partnering with eCommerce, Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and ensure best-in-class customer experiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and continuous improvements.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Staying across emerging digital trends and platforms to ensure IsAlbi remains innovative and competitive.
About You
You are a results-driven and creative digital marketer with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering performance across paid and organic channels. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4), and marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes.
- A passion for lifestyle, gifting, and consumer products is a bonus.
