Job description

As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. Your focus will be on market research, campaign management, digital marketing, and content creation to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Manage website content, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Track marketing budgets and ROI to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM software).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
