**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Property Portfolio to be part of our Property Portfolio, Infrastructure and Assets Command. The Manager, Property Portfolio is responsible for supporting the Director, Property Portfolio in the financial, investment and management of NSW Police Force property assets. The role is responsible for delivery of property asset management, maintenance and strategic investment in line with the NSWPF property portfolio strategy, and undertakes compliance monitoring with policies, practices and relevant regulatory requirements, as well as asset management for leasing, maintenance, upgrades and disposal of property assets.

**Target Question 1**:
Provide an outline of your experience in managing a large and complex property portfolio where customer service, time performance, value for money, contractor perfomance, quality of work and supporting an organisations operational need were core to that management.

**Target Question 2**:
Outline your experience in commercial leasing, property acquisitions/disposals or facilities management, and your experience in financial management and innovation as it relates to property.
