Property Portfolio Manager

The Role
  • Manage a diverse range of properties
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears management
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance with ease

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee a large portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent issues arising, and handle any arrears or disputes promptly.
  4. Lease Renewals and Compliance: Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance matters efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
