**Your Impact**

The primary role of the Business Systems Lead is to provide cost visibility on variable and fixed cost by managing and executing a series of administrative tasks. The role encompasses inventory and cost management at its core. Whether it relates to work in progress stock accuracy, production run costing and engineering spares, this role makes sure that inventory is managed and reflected correctly in the system. The Business Systems Lead will administrate and improve site systems as they relate to total inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**

- General site administration including raising orders, verify service delivery, receipting, raising invoices and payment.
- Manage the team of Engineering Stores to ensure adequate management of site inventory and engineering spare parts.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivered stock (qty and type) matches receipted stock. Performance monthly reconciliation.
- Identify and improve admin activities to enhance overall view of inventory and enhance cost management
- General reporting on inventory, costs and budget tracking.

**About You**
- Previous administration or inventory experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated history of problems solving or continuous process improvement
- SAP systems experience (materials management module)
- High degree of commercial acumen and ability to manage a budget
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to facilitate departmental meetings and workshop
- Curious mind and eagerness to learn
- A self starter that holds themselves and others to account
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong working relationships
