**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are supporting a key commercial client based in Brisbane’s northside. They are seeking an experienced Business Systems Lead to join the team on a permanent bases. This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst, System Analyst or Functional Consultant to move into a diverse senior role.

**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities include:
**Team Leadership**
- Lead the team within Business Systems Centre, as well as provide training and build capability for other resources within wider teams, external partners and business where relevant
- Assume accountability of the Business Systems teams and ensure that all aspects of the services are fully understood and documented

**Business Process**
- Apply, maintain and refine business process definition, policy and procedures
- Support the collection and analysis of end user feedback and other measurement data to identify, agree & implement improvements
- Support business process end user training initiatives

**Application Functionality**

**About You**

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Business System Analyst or relevant role within large, complex organisations
- Previous experience planning and documenting the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, business system analysis activities, business system analysis communication and requirements management processes
- Engage and consult with business stakeholders for analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, business change impacts.

**The Benefits**
This is a permanent position, with the ability to start as soon as possible. This opportunity offers an attractive annual salary of $150,000 + Superannuation. This role operates within the Aviation industry, to accommodate working with key stakeholders this role requires on 100% onsite working.
