**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our client facing account management team in the **Adelaide** area. You will focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with your customers in the local community where you will become a trusted business partner.
**What your new day will look like**:
- Provide inspiring end to end solutions for our business customers
- Proactively guide our customers in making the right choice of products for their business across all categories in the Officeworks range
- Maintain, grow and add business customers in your portfolio, contributing to yours and the overall business team’s success
- Methodically plan your busy schedule to meet the demands of our customers
**About you**:
With an inquisitive mind and the ability to communicate effectively, you will utilise your strong rapport-building skills to expertly manage your portfolio of accounts. Your fun and enthusiastic personality will shine as you demonstrate your customer-centric approach when visiting your customers. Drawing upon your solution-finding skills, you will be able to think outside the box to provide recommendations and advice to become a trusted business advisor. Using your intermediate Excel skills, you will be able to interpret data to assist in proactively planning out your day to achieve the results you want. With experience ideally in face to face B2B relationship management, you are seeking the ability to further develop your sales skills within an environment where your focus is on developing credible relationships with business customers, and university studies in Marketing or Business may be advantageous.
Experience in the Education sector will be highly regarded.
