**About the Role**:
As an Account Manager, you will be vital in building strong relationships, driving productivity improvements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Our client will recognise you as a valued advisor who delivers innovative operational solutions and ensures everyone has the necessary resources to meet account objectives and priorities.
This position is ideal for an experienced Account Manager with a real estate, construction, or property background.
**Responsibilities**:
- Foster excellent client partnerships through outstanding service delivery and meaningful engagement.
- Lead the contract for the provision of planned and corrective/reactive maintenance services.
- Manage, lead, and support a team of dedicated facilities management and support services professionals to deliver exceptional services.
- Assume a key leadership role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality facilities management and maintenance services, providing strategic client interface and direction, and driving service delivery strategies.
- Uphold and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures among all stakeholders.
